I would be interested in buying or trading for partial 50 states collections
I give each state a scarcity number from one to six number one being the most common and number six the most elusive.
Every state can have towns that rate higher than the states scarcity number.
Every state has towns that rate a lower scarcity number than the state scarcity number.
There can be two or more states with the same scarcity number but the popularity of the state can affect value.
State scarcity scale: I base this on the number of different known embossed dose cups from each state.
Scarcity will always be controversial and is based on each individuals opinion.
1 abundant $10.00-$35.00
2 common $35.00-$50.00
3 scarce $50.00-$75.00
4 very scarce $100.00-$150.00
5 Hard to come by $150.00-$300.00
6 Unique {all territorial dose cups are unique also} $300 plus
For every embossed dose cup listed there were 288 made, the minimum number that could be bought.
When I buy outright I try to buy at the low and trade by the high but many of the very scarce cups are negotiable either way.

#1 I will trade off most anything in my collections but you have to make at least the first offer of a trade, I will either accept
the offer or try to make a counter offer.
#2 On trades-Tell me what you have to trade and what you would like in trade.
#3 Probably the most important rule to remember is I will not  trade down.

$5.00 shipping charge by priority mail and I will combine shipping charges for additional items.
These states scarcity numbers change as more data becomes available and are based on availability and scarcity.
